One way to fight self-criticism is to remind ourselves that *we* are enough. But for those of us on the achievement treadmill, endlessly striving to do and be more, we have to go one step further -- and decide that *it* is enough.Practicing gratitude redirects my racing mind to the present and lets me take in what I have, not just who I am.
