GirlTip #70: Remember That Feelings Change

By Rachel Simmons

  • Self Image

Knowing that feelings change, & that you won’t always feel the way you do right now, will help you survive the toughest moments. Proof positive: try smiling, just for a second. Feel the tiny change in your emotion. Think about a time in the last year you felt joy, anger, or anxiety. Feelings move in cycles. Your faith in this will be a small, fierce light to carry you through the darkest times.
