I’m a single parent (male) and have been since my daughters birth. My daughter is 14 and has a poor self image of herself. She’s got good grades and I think “attractive”. She has a good personality and is a great kid. She doesn’t feel attractive and thinks she’s big. She’s not tiny but not fat or large. Without confidence, I feel she will try to hard to please others in order to feel good about herself. I’ve talked to her regarding these concerns and she’s has indicated she feels bad about her looks, etc. I’m not sure what else to do.
