My mom tells me keep doing what you are doing and never stop loving your friends. Just like Jesus did, he loved us even when were with sin. That's how i keep my good girl image.

Its a bit surprising how often adults forget that we're there. Simply because I was taught to keep quiet doesn't mean I'm not observing my parent's actions :p.

I've really appreciated both your previous article and this one about refusing requests and this one about taking examples from one's mother. My mother can't refuse people until she's so stressed she reacts with anger and often times these days I say no for her. Most of the time I seem to learn because I *don't* want to be like my mother.(I'm a teenager, aren't I supposed to rebel?)

I still end up doing conditioned things though. Using passive language and lacking confidence, particularly in the presence of men. Ah well, I have quite a few more years to go =p.
